Abstract and paper submission process
All those who wish to submit a paper for the 18th IGWT Symposium must register on this website in the Registration section.
Please note that this online registration is not binding as you will only be notified of paper acceptance on May 31st and can take advantage of the reduced fee up until June 30th.
Once the online registration process is complete, it will be possible to login in the Upload abstracts/papers section, using the email address provided during registration and the chosen password. Please do not submit abstracts and/or papers via email, use the Upload abstracts/papers section instead and contact us if you encounter any technical difficulties.
Only full papers are reviewed, not abstracts.
All submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process.

All presenters of single-authored accepted papers and posters are required to register for the entire symposium.
In case of multiple authors, at least one author is required to register for the entire symposium.
